EDIT: Officially confirmed it's just a commercial for the new games. No OVA or movie as we expected. Well I can't mask my disappointment but at least we got 5 minutes of awesomeness.


Hello everyone!

Well, well, well...well well well, seems like gamefreak is finally starting give a real treat to the pokémon franchise even in the anime field.

I mean, everyone knows about the anime about Ash "super exciting" adventure. Well it's lame. It may made part of my childhood but seriously, the plot, the characters, the UNEVOLVED pokés which takes ages to just evolve (that's the lamest part) are simply pitiful (I highly recommend everyone to not even learn how Cilan that green haired waiter gym leader acts there. He might get your nerves). Of course it's just my opinion, but I tend to like an anime when at least the plot or the cast are interesting (like Digimon XW Hunters, the plot was lame but the cast was of the best I saw in years) but that "Best Wishes" fails in both. Yep. Anyway. *caham*

Whoa, just whoa....
It's AMAZING!!!! First, nothing better than N to start the trailer. I waited AGES to see him animated in the regular anime, but dunno, he never appeared so far *roll eyes*. The protagonists are the new male player character and the rival! Bianca makes an appearance to give their starters. Too bad the male player picked Tepig, but at least he evolved it into Emboar XD!
Oh Elesa is black haired now. And her voice actress is the same from Best Wishes, hum....they may teach one thing or two about that redundant Best Wishes team how to do A DECENT anime.
Note we are used to pokés sounds resuming in saying their own names thanks to Ash (which I always found it weird), but in this commercial they say ordinary animal sounds! Yes!

The animation's quality is superb and the action sequences are well developed, supering from any of the previous poké movies.

Definitely this is exactly what we all waited for in an anime version! Too bad it's just resumed in 5 minutes.
